The dispatch

Bare iron,
clean paperwork.

KGW TRANSPORTATION LLC runs bare rental the way a dispatcher runs a yard board: every asset has a berth, every berth has a record, and nothing leaves the gate without paperwork on both sides. Seventy-six lines, one rule — we rent equipment, never operators, crew, or turnkey service.

We work from 7108 Gulfstream Pl, Dayton, Ohio 45424. This website describes our scope — it is not a live fleet inventory, not a rate sheet, and not a booking platform. Availability, rates and terms are set by the dispatch desk, not on this page.

Nothing leaves without papers

Every rental goes out under a written agreement with condition inspection at out and at return. If the paper isn't signed, the gate stays shut.

Bare means bare

We never supply operators, crew or turnkey service. A dozer goes out as iron; a tug goes out without a skipper. Whoever signs takes responsibility for qualified operation.

Inspected in and out

Condition is logged when the unit leaves and when it returns. Photos, hours, fuel and damage notes close the loop — disputes settle on the record, not on memory.

Asked at the gate

Before you book.

Does "without operator" mean no driver ever?
Correct — KGW TRANSPORTATION LLC is a bare-rental scope. We supply the equipment; you supply qualified, licensed operation. Vessels go out without crew, machines without operators.
Can I book a unit on this site?
No. This site describes scope and routes inquiries to the dispatch desk. Rates, deposits, insurance requirements and availability are confirmed in writing — never assumed from these pages.
Is everything on the board in stock?
The board lists rental line categories, not live inventory. A berth on the board means the category is in scope — actual unit availability is confirmed per request.
What about insurance and damage?
Every unit goes out and returns under a condition inspection. Insurance, liability and damage terms live in the rental agreement, not on this website.
Who handles a berth line request?
Send the R-number through the contact page or to info.lan.xiong@iserent.shop, and the desk will tag it to the right bay.
